[.ca] Dressing Dolls with Rosemarie Ionker (ISBN 1932485287)

Not for the novice:
This book is generous in the number of patterns and the number of different sized dolls it works for, though the emphasis is very much on small sizes. It is for the experienced sewer only. It could use a lot more illustrations to support the general sewing instructions, and some definitions of terms. Like a good cookbook, a good sewing book needs to lie flat when you work from it. This one doesn't; it was produced on the cheap. I will probably go back to adapting my wonderful Susan York patterns, and pass this one on.
