Castro the criminally insane: Castro l'Infidele is in French but I hope it will be translated to English soon. In the meantime for those of you who read French with the occassional search in the dictionary... this book is well written, it keeps your interest all the time if you are interested in biographies of Dictators like I am. It touches in the famous/infamous Che Guevara who in 1962 was ready to see Cuba vaporized by a nuclear explosion and who believed that the "new man" (communist jargon) would rise from the radioactive ashes. The book traces many of Castro's crimes against his opponents but even more enlightening against his camrades, i.e. Camilo Cienfuegos very popular leader that he orders shot down on a short flight with perfect weather and claims that a "storm" made the plane crash (but was never found). Then the string of witnesses and people one way or other implicated that committed "suicide" or suffered fatal "accidents". For those of you interested in the Kennedy assassination you should read this book also, in this case it's not Castro's deed...but I won't tell you so you go read it. The reason I give it 4 * only is because of the lack of footnotes to the bibliography Luisinterpreter@hotmail.com
