Good Information, But...: More How to Draw Manga Vol. 2 has some good information, but comes to a major disappointment. On the good side, the book begins with valuable information on inking tools and different ways to ink, then it goes on to making characters distinctive, facial expressions, miscellaneous and more. The plentiful information it has is very helpful and I really like the section on creating different male builds (even if it's only two pages). Nevertheless, the book is also filled with plenty of female nudity (and male nudity, but it is not quite as graphic as the females). This would not be a problem, except the nudity seemed very unnecessary. When it displays several poses, they are all of nude females. I realize that it can be easier to draw a pose when the person is not wearing garments, but they did not need to go to such a graphic extent. In conclusion, I thought it was just alright because of the nudity. The knowledge alone in this book I would almost rate 5 stars. With the nudity, and only because I thought the nudity was unnecessary (and because they don't show different poses for men), I only rated it 3 stars. If you don't mind nudity, than I suggest getting this book for its information, but if you are buying this for a child and/or if nudity bothers you, than I would NOT recommend this book at all; you can probably find a book with similar information with hardly any, or no, nudity.
