I was told about this book when I was in college, where I learned many things about what this book talks about. It literaly changed my life, my outlook in life and my disposition. 10 years later I still go back to it everytime I find myself with a problem or a concern. I use it almost like a Bible. It teaches you many things about life. It is Christian Metaphysics but it is written in a way that anybody could apply it to their lives christian or not.
