I think this is twista's best album he did. I have all of them including Kamikaze and this one gets played before all of them with no hesitaiton. This is one you gotta buy if you want to hear the underground twista spit faster than ever.

Twista- Adrenaline Rush:
Twista's debut "Adrenaline Rush" (1997) is an excellent album. Twista's fastpaced unique flow matched with some very sick beats, and a few well chosen guest appearances make this an entertaining and memorable album. Traxster's production is tight. Running in at thirteen tracks (including intro), its a short and sweet album, the title track is the gripping "Adrenaline Rush" a powerful track laced with an addictively ill beat which Twista and Yung Buck destroy. The tongue twister follows this up with another good cut in the hardcore "Death Before Dishonor". Twista then calms things down with "It Feels So Good", a nice laid back track about cruising and hooking up with the ladies. "Overdose and "Mobster's Anthem" flow through well, Twista's remake of Dres cut on the later is good. "Emotions" is another smooth chilled out cut while "Unsolved Mystery" is a dark track, with a dangerous beat. Twista delivers a story of death, mourning and survival on the standout "Korrupt World", and drops a mob story on the murderous "No Remorse". The album closes off strong with "Emotions" (Remix) which features Johnny P smooth vocals, I like both versions of this cut, the later a bit more. Twista is one of those underrated artists who has been slept on by many for a long time, I am really looking forward to checking out his latest album "Kamikaze" when it drops next week, and I highly recommend "Adrenaline Rush" as an album for the collection.

Twista IS the fastest rapper in the guiness book of records. u need to watch Rap City, on BET. clearly stated it when twista came in, doing his interview about his new album (at the time), kamikaze. this album is absolute classic. twista's 2nd album and its easily his best. if u dont have this and call yourself a rap fan, your opinion is garbage fah real. best songs are adrenaline rush and unsolved mysteries.
