look out shorty the pimp: classic oakland funk too short is the funkiest vet next to wc and mc eiht who been around since 79 i mean short dog stays tru to his roots his influences iceberg slim'james brown'dolemite'p-funk'and the mack short keeps it real and a must have for his true fans buy this cd and bump it in the trunk
Too Sheezie's best album: This is, by far, Too Short's best album. The whole thing is full of his unique, laid back flow and Yay Area beats. IN THE TRUNK and I AIN'T NOTHIN' BUT A DOG are the best songs, epitomizing Short's lifestyle. IN THE TRUNK has the funkiest beat, and the bass...you get submerged in it. The production on the whole album is tight and Short Dog lays it all out for the world to see: the Oaktown lifestyle. He's an Oakland Vet and wants everybody to know it. This is a no compromise album and one of the best in my collection.
Too $hort continues his macking on his seventh album.: Aside from "Short Dog's in the House", this is Too $hort's next best album. It is straight up Oaktown funk, with $hort's X-rated lyrics over the bumpin' beats. This is $hort's most personal album, and he talks a lot about his childhood, and growing up in Oakland. For the true school fans, don't worry: there are still many tales of neighborhood tramps and other money hungry women. Your Too $hort collection can't not be complete without his this album. "And while you're in the studio, I'm in the trunk. Biiiiiitch!"
The best album ever: Short Dogg'z lyrics are funny as hell. A classic CD for the hip-hip fan. The bass and funk are best I've see on any album. BUY IT!
THIS IS NOT THE ORIGINAL SONG LISTING: Sorry if anybody else has already said this. This record never had "Mack Attack" or the other early Too Short song. "I Want to Be Free" is much later in the disc. This is all wrong. A jacked re-print. If you have a copy of the original release of this album you might agree with me, this is Too Short's finest work. From front to back. Thunderrelli
