Great collection of hard to find Darrell McCall music:
This 5 CD box set seems to have almost everything McCall recorded up until 1996. I've spent years looking for his 45's and albums and they've always been hard to find. Now it's available on CD. The package even has some beer jingles he did for Coors. It also contains a nice thick biography with lots of pictures. If you like Texas two-step music you should enjoy McCall's voice and music.

Great Texas style honky-tonk music - fiddles & steel guitars:
Almost as good as seeing Darrell live at Floore's Country Store in Helotes, Tx. The progression of his style from covering other singers in his early years to his maturity as a solo performer later on is amazing.
