Kind of sad: This album was a disappointment for me and, along with Not RIchard, But Dick, ties for the DM's worst efforts. Even Joe Jack Talcum stated that making this album was a big mistake. It's easy to see that the band ran out of gas on these last two releases. Peter Bazooka, the only song they made a video for, is only average when looking at the complete library of DM songs. It's too bad they had to end this way. I give it 3 stars simply because it IS the Dead Milkmen. I don't knock this album as being bad, but as far DM goes, it's only average at best.
Great album: This was the last real studio album from the Dead Milkmen (unless the gods bless their fans and these guys who write so well together get back together) and it's a good one...one of their best. Their later albums grew less punk and even more humorous. Here the Dead Milkmen's comic genius works on many different levels that'll bring many smiles. If you're looking for great DM albums, skip the compilations and go for: Bucky Fellini, Beelzebubba, Metaphysical Graffiti, Not Richard, But Dick and Stoney's Extra Stout.
