On Aquarium, Aqua were "Barbie Girls"; now they're "Cartoon Heroes." A slight change in context for their second album, but, essentially, it's business as usual. And let's not forget that Aqua do this slapstick kiddie-pop thing with a lot more panache than their shamelessly novelty Euro-goons peers. The relentless zaniness of Aquarius may sometimes be cloying, especially those too-chirpy chipmunk voices on "Cartoon Heroes," but there's no denying that this is a pop group that really lives this pop lark--shaved-headed frontman Rene really does talk in that comedy growl and frontwoman Lene really doesn't wear more than a stretched scrap of PVC whenever she leaves the house. This makes Aquarius quite likeable, actually--especially on the slapstick-trance workout of "Around the World," which even manages to squeeze in a brief geography lesson. --Louis Pattison

good good good:
this cd is pretty good.. but they broke up or something.. but the lead singer lene has her own self titled cd coming out on the 25th of sept. its pretty good.. her single "its your duty" is kick ass.. but i cant seem to find it anywhere online.. but anyways this cd is good.. so get it.

Oh HECK YEAH:
Dance your pants off. I love this album and still put it on and have a great time. Better than their debut...almost every song is great, all of them are good. Fine for younger listeners, no vulgarity. LOVE YOU AQUA!

Great:
I knew I needed this one after I had the first one and I love it so much. I went and got it and it was not a mistake all the songs on here are wonderful just like the ones on their first one. I think the songs rock and I listen to it so much I have to go and buy anther one because the songs on here are so good. My favorite is Back from Mars it is a very good song. It's funny to me but I love it neither the less.

Good like the first one:
This album is simular to their first one, perhaps even better musically but it sold less then their great debut though. I don't know but only 3 songs were released on singles on the album, where of 2 became big selling in Europe. I think the reason they quit after this album was that they all had so many diffrent interests, they simply wanted to do something else. This album is more pure pop then their first one which was a mix between dance and pop. There is a good varity of songs here too. The best song is the pop song "Cartoon heroes" Then we have "Dance-pop song "Around the world" and "Bumble Bees" with a trademark video too. Latin sinpired "Cuba Libre" and Ballads like "We belong to the sea" which is very good and "Aquarius". The album finnish with a farewll song "Goodbye to the circus" they sing "we will be back" but they haven't, atleast not yet. If you liked the first album, get this one too, it's good and fun.

Aquarius:
Aquarius~ Aqua is a good second album from the danish group aqua. They are just as silly and stupid as on their debute album. They do not even try to be smart and I love it.
