this expansion pack is unbelievable ! ! ! i have all of the expansion packs including livin ' large , hot date , vacation , unleashed , and superstar ( i don ' t have online or makin ' magic yet ) but this one is my favorite ! ! ! i love the parties and it is so addictive like all of the sims games are ! ! ! i don ' t know about your kind of computer , but since i have all of the expansion packs , it makes my computer run really slow . it might just be my computer though because of the hard drive ( that ' s what my daddy said . . whatever ! ! ! ) overall - a great game ! ! ! would i recommend it ? definately ! ! !

I liked throwing house partys but after a week of throwing them in the game I gave up on it.

this is a sick game so far in my sim collection i have sims superstar,sims livin large,sims vacation, and the sims i recently got the sims house party and it is the best so far!!!! i recommend it to all sims fans!!! Peace out dudes

Out of all the expansion packs..:
This was definitely my favorite. It adds the ability to throw a party, without compromising the integrity of the game, which the other expansion packs do, by unnescesarily cluttering up the game. House party introduced a "Funkier" look to the Sims, adding all sorts of objects that were bright vibrant colors. It also introduced body models that could have blue hair. The party option was definitely the most fun. If you don't have this pack yet, I would recommend getting it, but keep in mind, the more evolved Sims 2 is coming out this year. I wouldn't buy the other packs with that in mind.

On this, you can invite your friends round make a celebration. And if there is something you want to had to your house go on pause and add something extra. Blow up chairs, more new items that arn't on the sims, it is much more fun. Plus there are different items and clothing that makes each game so much fun, anyone who absolutely hates these games are wrong, THEY'RE BRILLLLLLL!
