[.ca] None So Vile

Unbelievable:
This album changed my music habits forever, its just got all the CORRECT ingredients that make this a LEGEND in the making. Lord Worm-A God on vocals he sounds more scarier and more pyshcotic than any rapper or horror film actor YOU HAVE EVER SEEN. It's hard to describe this album simply because i carn't think of a word BIG enough to describe this, maybe MAGNIFICENT is good. But overall do yourself a favour and do buy this its just so awesome in every way,MAKES CRIMSON THORN LOOK LIKE A PACK OF TRI HARDS THAT STILL WEAR NAPPIES AND DRINK MILK.If you want REAL METAL AND TALENT YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE.

Nothing else like it:
Out of all the death metal I've listened to, none can compare to cryptopsy. This CD just has so much pure energy, they don't slack off on any track. I can't stop myself from headbanging when I listen to this. For anyone starting off with Cryptopsy, get this CD first, it's their best in my opinion.

None So Overrated:
This album was amazing until Whisper Supremacy came out. In terms of insane technicality and brutality, WS and ATYB take the cake.

Heavy To The Max:
Cryptopsy's second full length album None So Vile is arguably one of the most sickest, heaviest, insane, and best death metal albums I've ever listened to. Every song on here is great. It has lots of awesome fast technical guitar riffs giving the album it's evil sound, and the solos are just mindblowing. Vocalist Lord Worm is so sick, and full of energy, his vocals will just drive you insane. Eric Langlois does some good slap bass on here, just listen to him on Slit Your Guts. Flo Mounier is just a monster on drums, man his jackhammering blastbeasts and double basses will just bust your spine in half. Cryptopsy rules. Also check out Deicide, Suffocation, Death, Malevolent Creation, and Cannibal Corpse too, they kick ass too.

Amazing:
Cryptopsy is definately THE best thing that ever happened to death metal, and always will be. These guys can belt out extremely technical riffs and still sound incredibly heavy and brutal. The drumming is simply amazing (the double bass on some songs can be compared to a machine gun going off) Not to mention the bass. Most metal albums push the bass so far back in the mix that it is inaudible. You can hear the bass on this album, which is good because Langlois is possibly the best bass player in metal. He pulls off some amazing slapping and popping on this album, not to mention the little solo halfway through Slit Your Guts. Lord Worms vocals are totally indeciferable. Infact I think they set out to make this the hardest album to understand. On the lyric sheet some of the lyrics are white on white?? Although its a little short (just over 30 minutes) every single minute of music is worth your dollar, since this is arguably Cryptopsy's best album. But, aside from all that, Cryptopsy is the most talented band in Death Metal today, and also one of the most brutal. Anybody who considers themselves a fan of Death Metal should own this.
