[.ca] 2001 Warped Tour Compilation

I don't know why everyone doesn't like this CD. The songs are all unreleased and awsome. Greatest punk bands. Best songs: Rancid-Sick Sick World Anti Flag-Don't give up AFI- A Winter's Tale Vandals-SWM Mighty Mighty Bosstones-Providence is... (this should go on their next cd!) Casualties-Fight For Your Life! (Saw them at the warped tour, fans went crazy over this one!) Also check out the new 2002 one

This CD is almost as good as the real thing!!:
I went to warped tour last summer, and saw most of these bands, and loved them, and loved the cd almost as much, but in the last few weeks I have totally fallen in love with the ataris song on this album...the recording quality sucks, but it is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard in my life...it is worth buying just for this and the new found glory song, but all of them are great!

Terrible recording quality!!!:
Before buying this CD when I looked at the band list I thought this HAD to be one of the best comps ever made. And yes it certainly would have been one of the best comps ever made if it wasn't for a certain factor. RECORDING QUALITY! The recording to this CD is beyond garage style recording. It's BAD garage style recording. Side One Dummy Records is making all of these great bands look like total $hi+ and making a buck while doing it! If you love punk rock and don't mind AWFUL recording then by all means buy this. You would probably give it 5 stars in fact! However, if you aren't and you buy it, don't say I didn't warn you.

Punk rock hopes and dreams:
Ok....usually the Warped Tour comps \oare bad\c....but this is the 1st one that is 95%...good from begining to end. First off, god bless the LOST CITY ANGELS, Boston's finest. Ans Tsunami Bomb,....I usually dont like punk bands with girl singers but I play that song over and over agin in my car. The only song tha \ois bad\c is the Madcap song...boring boring boring

AFI owns this comp:
Well I have to say that AFI made this comp worth buying. A Winters Tale incorporates everything about AFI that is great. Tsunami Bomb also has a strong showing and Bigwig had an awesome song. Rancids effort was sub par but they make up for it in their real albums
