excellent workout:
this is my favorite cardio/sculpting workout. the exercises are fun & effective, violet is a great instructor & knows her stuff. the time goes by really quickly. i would recommend this dvd to anyone who wants to sculpt & tone.

Love the moves.:
I have not seen moves like this before where you concentrate on weights and keeping your balance. It's just a lot of fun and the instructor has a lovely voice that doesn't annoy. Great for a quick half hour workout.

Highly recommended!!:
This video is my absolute favorite! The moves are innovative and I love the concept of two sets of weights that can be adjusted to your needs. There's quite a bit of coordination and balancing involved so probably better for the advanced beginner. Violet Zaki is very graceful and has excellent form--her voice has a soothing effect on my frazzled nerves at the end of the day!! I do wish that a couple of the participants didn't look like they had their smiles applied with super-glue, therefore, completely fixed! All in all, lots of fun and one that you don't tire of easily.

GREAT workout FUN!!!:
I love this tape! The workout is so much fun that the time just flies by. I am not a fitness fanatic but I do like to workout at home with tapes and this is my favorite. The instructor is GREAT, the moves are not so repetitive that you get bored AND it is a thorough total body workout complete with ab work and a cool down. I highly recommend this tape. So far I love all of the Crunch tapes I have purchased (Fat Blasting Yoga, Fat Blasting Pilates and Fat Blaster goes Latin) but this is definitely my favorite.

Cardio Sculpt is Amazing!:
I'm a mom of three. My youngest are twin daughters age three. I've been carrying about twenty pounds extra fat weight and have been having a hard time with other videos trimming down my hips and removing the bumpy fat down my legs, etc. I have been using this video for awhile now and WOW! I look great!!!!! I have lost all the weight and I feel all muscle, and is it ever a great feeling. I actually have a six pack now and no other video has been able to produce such amazing results, because believe me I've tried others combined with a healthy eating plan and this one really works! I recommend this video/DVD to anyone who really wants to feel that muscle tone. This video combines cardio with toning in perfect harmony.
