All I have to say is this cd is awesome, I normally no come here and post anything but I just have to say that only people with no musical mind would not like this cd

Yuck...:
Not at all what I expected...wimpy vocals, very little of what Tinsley does best (play the damned violin, Boyd!)...I didn't prescreen any of the songs so really didn't know what to expect...I gambled and lost. Bummer.

Too little violin, Too much horrible vocals:
I love DMB, particularly Tinsley's contributions on violin, but he can't sing. Who told him he could sing? Boring, dull music. Please Boyd, stick to the fiddle.

Musical Genius! Unique style that differs from the DMB sound:
The Dave Matthews Band has been my favorite band for the past few years. I first purchased boyds cd and was not completely satisfied with the first listen, however, it grew on me and now can say that its sound is so unique and amazing. Sure you can compare it to other works of music and find similarities but nothing quite like it. Although it would be nice to hear more violin solos and I bet boyds lyrics and singing voice will improve as time goes on, still it deserves 5 stars.

A Devoted Fan:
This cd was the best. A hell-of-a lot better than "Some Devil" by Dave. True Reflections, the song, the album cover, the lyrics, the beats, it's all amazing. I'm glad he tried something a little different. He broadened his horizon. We were all expecting an instrumental cd and I'm glad that it wasn't as such. With time like everybody else, things gets better. For a background singer and violinist, his cd was wonderful. Sounds to me that it's more of a personal cd. He's been thru and seen somethings. Way 2 go BOYD, do it again, we here in Charlottesville know you can. I LOVE YOU.
