underrated:
Ce supergroupe de formation éphémère, aux compositions assez brouillonnes témoigne néanmoins d'une grand fraternité de musiciens réunis brièvement en public sous les baguettes de Ginger Baker. Une pulsation brute, sans concessions qui remonte à des racines africaines. Une étape entre le rock, le jazz et ce qui deviendra la world music.

Ginger baker has all star cast playing with him on this classic album!!!Steve Winwood,Denny Laine,Chris Wood,Phil Seamen,Graham Bond,Remi Kabaka,Rick Grech,Harold McNair,and Jeanette Jacob's are Ginger Baker's recruits in his Airforce!!! A great blend of musicians make this one great!!! Of course there are plenty of drum/percussion solos on this recording!!! Two thumbs up!!! This performance was recorded live at Albert Hall,London!!!
