Sculpted of ivory fine china, the figurine is hand-painted with a mixture of matte and glossy finishes and is gilded with 24-carat-gold accents. Kneeling and offering a golden jar, Gaspar gazes with wonder from intricately detailed eyes. He measures 4-1/4 inches tall. Of all of Lenox's nativity collections, the Little Town of Bethlehem is perhaps the most realistically represented and colored.
