Possibly Heart's Best:
Heart has evidently found a new source of musical inspiration. This record is absolutely packed with amazing riffs, lyrics and arrangements. The goose bumps appeared on my very first listen. My hunch is that Nancy Wilson is responsible for much of this record's wonderful feel, as her name appears first on most of the song-writing credits and she sings a bit more lead than she usually does. The rest of the band seems to have been thrilled to go along with her on this incredible musical journey. The bottom line is: Heart has never sounded better. What a terrific album!

Jupiters Darling's a return to form!:
Hard rock, beautiful ballads and everything in between makes this new CD from Heart a fan's dream. JD is all the great parts of Heart from the 70's and all the great parts of Heart from the 80's -- minus the Dianne Warren pap and overly commercial production. There's radio friendly songs like the single "The Perfect Goodbye" and the rock radio ready "Oldest Story in the World." There's also a departure of sorts in the swampy, blues harp influenced "Down the Nile" and a beautiful Nancy sung ballad "I Need the Rain." Also check out "Fallen Ones" with Jerry Cantrell on guitar and "Lost Angel." This is a great addition to your Heart collection and to any CD collection.

JD RAWKS!!:
OK the UK version has been out for almost 3 weeks while the US version less than a week and it RAWKS, this CD is one of the Best Heart has ever done. I LOVE IT! This CD is destine to go Gold. Pick up a copy or two or 5 like I do, everyone you buy Birthday presents for, graduation gifts, Just because gifts, etc, will love this as a present, Spread the JD word.

Heart is back and better than ever!!:
First I will admit that the first time I listened to this CD there were a few songs that didn't do anything for me, they were just OK songs mixed in with the good songs. But each time I listen to this CD, another song becomes one of my favorites. This CD, like every CD from Heart, has something for everybody!! It has 5 or 6 serious rockers (Oldest Story, Make Me, Vainglorious, Move On, Fallen Ones), it has 3 or 4 acoustic dominated songs (Nancy's guitar playing talent in the spotlight), a handful of songs that fall in between categories, and a few fun songs to keep things interesting (Down the Nile, Things). Overall, this CD is a pleasure to listen to!! Buy it and enjoy!!

Great Addition to your Heart Collection:
I didn't wait to run out and buy this album and so far it has not left my cd player! Make Me and the Perfect Goodbye caught my ear and I was reaching for the volume to turn it up immediately but Move on really got me pumping the volume up. If you are a true heart fan or not you will love this album you just need to love rock n roll! For someone like me who can't seem to find anything on the radio anymore besides alot of commericals, deejays and music that doesn't even resemble music to my ears this was a unexpected gift! There are a few artists out there with a song or two I like, but there are only handful that can put 10, 12, 16 tracks together where I love the majority of them and I am willing to purchase the album. This is one of them! Thanks ladies for remembering us still out here desperately searching the music bins for real music!!!
