The program is divided into in-depth segments focusing on each of the amendments comprising the Bill of Rights and includes accessible commentary from university professors in constitutional theory and history. After the Bill of Rights, the program spends some time on the amendments that addressed slavery, prohibition, and suffrage. The program is not adorned with flashy production values but is well organized and presented. Because there is an enormous amount of content in only 50 minutes of play time, the program won't best serve typical junior and senior high school students if showed in one sitting.
