sort of a Junior James Bond/Mission Impossible mix:
think of this as a junior James Bond/Mission Impossible.it's silly,but fun and action packed.it's also not at all plausible and it kinda loses steam when it gets serious and the ending is a bit maudlin.other than that though,it's a pretty good movie.there's nothing really offensive about it,but there is a bit of sexuality implied.in my mind,Keith David is standout in his role as the director.it's not that big a role,but he sure has fun with it.Arnold Vosloo is also great as one of the evil henchman.if you can shut off you brain for 1 hour and 42 minutes,you might enjoy this movie,for what it is-mostly fluff,with some great action and comedy sequences.i give Agent Cody Banks a 4/5
