Russell Watson has found HIS voice!:
How ironic that when Russell Watson faced a situation where he possibly could lose his voice, he actually found it ... his unique voice, I mean ... his authentic self. I really enjoyed his previous three CDs but on Amore Musica, he doesn't sound like the same person ... that's because he isn't. Russell has been on a personal journey that has matured him in every sense of the word, and infused his singing with a new depth of passion. His voice is beautiful and will still give you those tingles up the back of your neck but now there is a new maturity, richness and clarity to it. These romantic songs flow from his heart as he lives their messages of love, hope and peace. They will touch you in the deepest recesses of your soul and inspire you to greater heights. The music is of that beautiful calibre that sweeps you away to a better place without overpowering the lyrics. My favourite track is #3 You Raise Me Up with words and music that are so beautiful, that you can't help but have your spirit lifted. If you are not familiar with Russell Watson's work, you'll enjoy this, and if you're already a fan, hear Russell, the man, for the first time on this CD. In my opinion, 5 stars is far too low for this one!

Amore Musica Russell Watson:
Rusell Watson has done it again with his new recording of Amore Musica. It is a beautiful album, his VERY BEST. His first three CD's were beautiful, this one is sung from Russell's heart. After his operation, he has come back stronger than ever.Every song he sings, he makes his own with his unique voice. He certainly is one of a kind and will have a long career into his old age. The first cut, Amore Musica, just makes you sing along with him. He takes you on a very emotional trip with his choice of songs, each one better than the one before. I read somewhere someone wrote "with this album, the BOY IS GONE AND HERE IS THE MAN. I walk with God and Magia Sara are very special and has a lot of meaning to Russell and his fans. BRAVO RUSSELL, you have done it again with this wonderful album and you will probably garner more fans with this one.

Russell, the Man:
At first, I thought I wouldn't like the New Russell, but the more I listened , the better it sounded. Now I play it every day, and have chosen some favorites. 1. is The Alchemist 2. You'll Still Be There For me 3. You Raise me Up- the best version I've heard yet. Russell's voice may be changed somewhat, but it is by no means less than it was- just different. Still no. 1 with me. AMORE MUSICA - AMAZING:
Amore Musica is different from The Voice, Encore and Reprise. Russells voice, after his operation and intense training, has a stronger quality to it. Il Gladiatore is a very powerful song, La Fiamma Sacra will have you in tears, Amore Musica itself is a lovely lively song.All the songs have such depth of feeling in them, a MUST for any music lover!
