[.ca] Beef [UMD Mini for PSP]

Black vs. Black (gotta love it):
I thoroughly enjoyed this dvd. I remember those battles between Moe Dee & Busy Bee, KRS & Shan, Moe Dee & LL (gets no better), LL & Ice T. Those were the days. Nothing compares to 1980's hip hop (the heyday). It's not even hip hop now, it's just rap music. Anyway, the 50 / Ja Rule segment was the highlight for me. I loved 50's comments towards Ja Rule and all of Murder Inc. Ja Rule looked like a SUCKA! All of those cats looked foolish. I really wish they had given some in depth details on LL's beefs. Back then he was young and cocky and would go syllable to syllable with anybody. Those records are classics. I've watched this dvd many times and I still enjoy it just like the first time. I can't wait for part 2.

Black vs. Black (gotta love it):
I thoroughly enjoyed this dvd. I'm 44 years old and I go back a long way with this hip hop scene. The 50 / Ja Rule segment was great, especially 50's comments towards all of Murder Inc. Ja Rule looked like a SUCKA! All of those cats looked foolish. I was disappointed that there weren't any details on LL's beef with Moe Dee and Ice T, because those records were great, especially between LL & Moe Dee. Overall, I really dig this still and I've watched it a lot. My girl hates it but I love it!

Beef is Beefy:
If you're into the rap culture and you want to get a perspective of the various rivarly in that industry I definitely recommend it.

Alright documentary but not that special:
I thought it was gonna be much better but it wasn't. It was an average documentary which I'm glad I didn't spend any money on. Most Beef's are old news but there are a few cool moments like when NATE DOGG beats down haters at a golf-course: funny as hell. But overall: Nothing Special.

A BRILLIANT EXCELLENT DOCUMENTRY:
THIS IS THE BEST, YES THE BEST HIP HOP DOCUMENTRY DVD I HAVE EVER SEEN. ITS WELL PUT TOGETHER. IT STARTS FROM THE EARLIEST BEEF UP TO 2003 WHICH IS EXCELLENT, WITH A GREAT RUN-DOWN ON WHO IS OR WAS BEEFIN WITH WHO. ITS AN EXCELLENT BUY AND YOU WILL WATCH IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. BUY THIS.
