Total Let Down...:
This is Bryan Adams, what?? 3rd or 4th greatest hits compilation/Anthology? Missing out the fine hits like HIDIN' FROM LOVE WASTIN' TIME & STATE OF MIND from his first album 1979-80. Now from his second album YOU WANT IT, YOU GOT IT (1981), they left out ONE GOOD REASON, COMING HOME, FITS YA GOOD & TONIGHT. Album #3 CUTS LIKE A KNIFE (1983) They omitted TAKE ME BACK A great rock song ( which I am sure you Adams faithful remember his performance in concerts back in the early 80's when he is singing it and tells the girl in the song F*** You with his finger !!) Great song. Hey where is his mega hit from 1984 DIANA? And finally the album INTO THE FIRE (1987) Again leaving out yet another great rock song ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE why? I do not know.. the rest ..well...way too many ballads, which in my book spelled the downfall of Bryan Adams.. Too bad Bryan, You were great in your time and you sure rocked the house and your fans at your rock concerts. Maybe the next Bryan Adams release will be a box set with every album CD remastered and released with song notes and pics...with or without Pamela Anderson ;-)
bryan adams anthology:
this is a good listening cd all the hits with some live cuts put in 2 cds covers his career and the book covering most of his career was ok. if you like his singles buy it but your expecting previosly unreleased material i did not find any songs that he does not have out.
What can I say?? ...:
once again the biggest baddy *other than my lil sis :P* has done it again!! Other than Pamela's not so great singing, the album is great! bry proves once again why he is the greatest baddy to ever grace our presence
Great Album!:
I probably would have included some other non-charting hits, like "Inside Out", but all in all the album defanitely brings out the best of what Adams has to offer. Surprised and impressed to hear Pamela Anderson on "When You're Gone". For any fan, the album is a must buy.
Can YOu Tell Me?!:
Can anyone tell me if the bonus DVD is the LIVE IN LISBON concert that is also be sold in the UK? If you have seen the DVD, does it include the "Baby WHen You're Gone" performance when he pulls the girl up on stage to sing with him? I appreciate your help!
