eggless and good: This Egg replacement works very well if you use soy milk instead of water and mixing it well, when you bake cakes, cookies and cornbread.
NOT for Gluten-Free cooking: Just as a heads up to fellow Celiacs,I bought this product thinking it was the 'egg replacer' often referred to in gluten-free bread recipes. Sadly this product has wheat gluten as an ingrediant, so once again I'm in search of an online vendor for the GF egg replacer since Amazon has not had it in stock for months now. This product works fine, thus the 3 stars, its just not what I had been looking for. I wish it had a different name to avoid confusion (egg substitute?) I've been slowly using it in baked good recipes for vegan friends.
