Now that he is on the WWE payroll,DUSTY RHODES gets a three disc collection on his career.There is no doubt that DUSTY deserved this tribute,after all,thirty years in this business is really something.The first two discs covers the essentials.The early footage with DICK MURDOCH had to be there,even if the audio and the images are not very good.This is compensated by the comments of DUSTY and his two friends.Things get serious when we reach his great feud with SUPERSTAR BILLY GRAHAM that is filled with electricity.The championship fights against TERRY FUNK and HARLEY RACE(the first one)are somewhat there for history's sake.After that,we get what DUSTY considers himself his two greatest moments in wrestling:The NWA championship fight against RACE in GEORGIA,and the NWA cage match against FLAIR when he regained the belt.The matches against TULLY BLANCHARD and LEX LUGER are also interesting to watch.In disc 3,the promos are better than the bouts.Don't miss the priceless 1989 vignettes in which DUSTY gets to do all kinds of jobs with a smile.The documentary is o.k.Missing from the collection are the feud with KEVIN SULLIVAN ,a street fight against TERRY FUNK and also an early encounter with FLAIR would have been nice.I was generally satisfied with the product,even if i would have put other vintage NWA stuff in the third disc instead of the polka dots stuff.DUSTY RHODES will forever be linked with FLORIDA CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING and the NWA.
