Incredible console:
I've had my 360 since day 1, thats almost 2 years now...and I still haven't had a single issue with the machine. It runs perfectly and, without a doubt, has the best selection of games between the major three home consoles. No one should pass up on Xbox 360...it's a solid console with incredible games.
DO NOT BUY!!!!:
XBOX 360 is fun - while it works! Everyone I know who has bought one - including myself - has had their system crash within a year. I had to send mine back to microsoft and did not get my xbox 360 back - but a refurbished previously used one. Not only was I without a system for a month - but was told by the woman at purolator that they get 20 - 30 returns a day! And that she will be seeing me again as the replacement will be breaking down within a few months. SAVE your $$$$ and go for a Wii or PS3 - at least they hardly ever breakdown. XBOX 360 may have great games - but what good are they if the system doesn't work!

XBOX 360 is a great console. There are great games and the price is cheaper than that of the PlayStation 3. Unfortunately, it continues to be plagued with hardware failures so I'd advise to wait... for now anyway.
