BORING...:
this is a very boring aerobics dvd. The studio and the music are very dull to watch and listen plus in between chapters there is a doctor telling us how good it is to move your body. I don't know about you, but I don't like someone interrupting my workout to tell me how great it is to exercise!Plus I found it didn't make me sweat that much. One good thing though, the moves are well explained and are easy to follow even at the first time
