I've been a fan of Jennifer's for many years. In fact, I think I own every one of her DVD's, and this one, New Body! Pilates is my newest favorite! Even though I am more than a beginner, I love her level one instruction because it always gives my workouts re-newed energy and a new point of view. The sets are stunning and uplifting . Her instruction, as always, encouraging and elegant. I trust her! I'm a baby-boomer and what I want more than anything is for my body to stay young and healthy forever! Jennifer makes my goals feel possible!!! and the way she has chosen to demonstrate each exercise, sometimes with just one person, sometimes with the group, is innovative and flawless. I feel as if I am actually taking her class and I wish I really were!!! Of all the Pilates DVD's on the market ( over the years I've checked out many) this one wins my FIRST prize! (second only to her just-released Waking Energy and Pilates "toys.") Thank you, Jennifer, for your talent and your experience. (and I do feel taller!)
