Mediocre: This video proffers numerous ways to effectively incorporate a stretch band into your workouts. Unfortunately, the instructor spends too much time transitioning into new poses and describing the exercises before engaging in them. Consequently, these are not strenuous 10 minute workouts. For advanced exercisers looking for a high intensity 10 minute workout, I would recommend: 10 Minute Solution- Workouts to Shape Up Your Whole Body.
Gentle pilates with a band.: Though I agree with the other reviewer that this DVD is mediocre, I have to qualify my evaluation by saying that I find pilates too un-strenuous for my liking. This video is rather typical of any pilates video I've ever done--very gentle and thus not tiring. I think the incorporation of the band makes it more worth my while than regular pilates, which never feels like it's doing anything for me, but it certainly doesn't make this an overly challenging workout. I decided to keep it around for days I'm sick or in case I injure myself and need really gentle videos to help me ease into working out again, but I don't normally put it on. For beginners this video will do nicely, and for pilates fans this will no doubt appeal to you. For anybody looking for a serious or tiring workout, skip this one.
