I love the versatility of this pan. You can boil, bake, or fry in this pan and the clean up is so easy; I also love the height of the pan. I use it all the time. JERS
Great additition to my stainless steel cookware:
I have a 5 1/2 Dutch oven from another set and a fryer but I needed something in-between and this was perfect. This pan makes a batch of chili, a pot of chicken or turkey noodle soup. It fries your chicken and you can also put it in the oven up to 450 degrees. I baked a tortilla pie in it that my kids absolutely loved! Very versatile pan. :)
