i bought this cleaner for my hardly working ps3, it didnt help at all but now i suppose i should get the lens changed or something. the cleaner itself looks like the real deal, it couldnt fix broken, but probably would look after a working system!

Maxell Br-LC so-so for PS3:
I bought this item because my blu-ray drive was kicking the bucket so to speak and it did its job as far as cleaning up the dust in and around the area. I didn't have too much hope and this was a premium to pay for a disc cleaner that isn't blu-ray specific. The disc it self is a regular dvd with two slits carefully placed to provide a cyclonic cleansing rather than direct contact and thusly cleans without harm. At the time of my ps3 was not playing blu-rays this dvd did it's job and after so i just replaced the bluray laser itself.
