Poor customer service, item not received.: I have yet to receive the item as agreed. I have paid for the perfume but the product was damaged when I received it a few days later. I have submitted numerous emails to the seller who asked for a photo of the damaged product and stated that a replacement would be shipped. I promptly submitted the photo and have not received the product nor have I received a refund of my money. I have emailed the seller numerous times but have not had any response from them. Poor customer service! I need a product or my funds returned promptly!
