Country Style Curry with Pork & Long Beans ) - Thai Food

I have developed this recipe over many years of making curry pastes. This is a much milder curry than many Thai curries. It is pleasantly rich and wonderful if made with the coconut milk opsition, or zippy when made in the traditional stirfry method.
