Samsung Planning Dual-Format Blu-ray HD DVD Player

Samsung says it will have a dual-format HD optical disc player by the winter holidays. Samsung will soon add to its BD-1000 Blu-ray player by offering one that plays both Blu-ray and HD DVD Chalk up another win in the high-def DVD dual format column.
