![]() Simply the best variegated Euphorbia for color stability and distinctive patterning, 'Glacier Blue' is an evergreen variety that blooms over a long 3-month season beginning in late winter. Even out of bloom, though, it is exceptionally handsome, its icy blue-gray leaves neatly edged in cream and held horizontally on upright, sturdy stems. The bloom season begins in late winter with long-lasting creamy flowers that persist through late spring. After they pass, the variegated foliage shows to beautiful advantage through summer and fall and, in its hardiness range, through winter as well. North of its hardiness range, simply grow this plant in containers and move them indoors for winter. Compact and sturdy, it's a good choice for xeriscapic gardens, rock gardens, and the sunny to partly shaded border. Twelve to 15 inches high when not in bloom, this plant reaches 18 inches wide. Deer leave it alone in the garden, and it's very tolerant of heat and drought. Read the entire article at The Home Depot Categories:
