This product removes: aerosol paint, enamel, semi/high-gloss, oil lacquers, acrylic, acrylic/super/water-based enamels, primers, urethane enamels, speed-e-enamels, sealers, primers, stain killers, permanent markers and highlighters on hard/soft surfaces. From: hard, soft & porous surfaces, street signs, tile, brick, vinyl, freeway signs, plastic, Plexiglas , aluminum, stainless steel, metals/alloys, fiberglass, Formica, stucco, concrete. For hard and soft surfaces such as: street signs, Plexiglas & cars. For porous surfaces such as: concrete & brick. Motsenbocker?s Lift Off #4 is a water-based and biodegradable cleaner that is safe for the environment and the user, while being a very effective graffiti remover.
