Loss of these membranes allows the active ingredient to move into the plant and "short circuit" photosynthesis.Advantages of Weedtrine-D: controls a broad range of aquatic plants including submerges, floating and emergent weeds and certain filamentous algae. is specifically formulated for homeowner use for spot treatment of small weed patches or back yard ponds. kills plants quickly through rapid absorption. is easy to apply. has a low toxicity to fish and other aquatic organisms. is compatible in tank mixes with Cutrine-Plus algicide to increase effectiveness. can be used in non-crop or non-planted areas such as around buildings, fence lines, driveways, patios, etc.Application Rates:See label for species listing and specific dosage rates. Listings below show dosage rate ranges.Submersed Weeds - apply 5 - 10 gallons of Weedtrine-D per surface acre.Floating Weeds - apply 22 - 5 gallons of Weedtrine- per surface acre.Marginal (emergent) Weeds - apply 5 gallons of Weedtrine-D per surface acre.Algae apply 0.5 - 1.5 ppm.Method of ApplicationSee label for specific technique to use depending on type of plant being treated.Submersed plants may be treated by pouring directly from the container, underwater injection or surface spray application.Floating and emergent weeds should be treated with a foliar application of spray solution.Dilute Weedtrine-D with water prior to treatment in accordance with label instruction. Apply in a manner to achieve even distribution of Weedtrine-D over the water surface or on plant foliage.Pretreat areas with Cutrine-Plus algicide where algae is present along with submersed weed growth.NOTE:Waters treated with Weedtrine-D should not be used for irrigation, animal consumption or domestic purposes for 5 days after treatment.Do not use Weedtrine-D in muddy waters as deactivation of active ingredient will occur.See label for use site restrictions, specific use directions and additional precautions before using Weedtrine-D. -1 gallon size[linkh 710743 13381826 13373567 2244 12695707 3242 2658 3277 3417 3984 4359 5322 6682 7694 25053 27060 117406 125901 126820 177737 189841 2513 196170 224426 22747558 21807870 20003488 14470439 248214 2777867 3287552 3344283 3761187 3790028 4338190 4363445 4661774 4665391 11970528 12995137 13003788] Read the entire article at Comfort First | ||||
