This is a gourmet type cookbook that contains quality main course meals that can be prepared and ready to be served in less then an hour. Each recipe has been meticulously designed to be both exquisite and attractive. Short cuts to quality are the main ingredient to this book. I created these recipes from my extensive collection. They are all my favorite recipes that have been redesigned with wonderful shortcuts so that they can be prepared as gourmet type meals that appear and tastes as if hours were spent creating them. I believe that this cookbook will appeal to both the advanced cook as well as beginning novas. I designed this book to alleviate unwanted hours in the kitchen and to give my readers more quality time on them selves.
