They encourage readers to write their own zines, make doggy donuts, and celebrate England's bank holidays by renting Bonnie and Clyde. Basically, these girls just wanna, just wanna have fun (see October 1, "Today you shall attempt to talk in song lyrics, all day"). And any reader lucky enough to get her hands on this "road map to living a badass life... directory of all things crafty... inspiring diary thing that stokes you out... punk rock Girl Scout guide" will most definitely have fun. An Awesome Book!:
This book is so cool because it's written by two best friends. So some of the things in there are things that best friends will love, mostly things that they've done and loved and they think we will do and love them, too. It's also cool because it has stuff to do every single day of the year (well, not leap years). You can never get bored with it! And the coolest part is, the author has her own online advice column just for girls! Go to www.girlsense.com and then click on ADVICE and click on Super Clea's Corner.

Fun but often time it is tacky:
I love craft books. Even though I am in my 20s I often flock to teen friendly craft books. i find them so much better than adult books. Plus I feel age is just a number. I like to have fun!I saw a review of this book in YM and thought it looked cool. So a week later I picked it up. I read from front page to back.The books high points are the crafts and DIY advice. I even like that the mention veganisim (I am vegan) andhow to create a zine. The instructions are clear nough to follow and will inspire you.What I did not like about the book was the authors chit-chat. Their conversations are really tacky. Do you really think they talk like that? I hope not. I think the book would have been better without their chats and thought on each other.

headache inducing....:
as I'm on a crafty kick, I ordered this book on a discount book site cause it looked fun, quirky and frankly, was cheap as chips... Sadly, thank goodness I got this book cheap. It's horrible. My biggest complaint-the text and photos are done in a scrapbook or journal way that was supposed to be cool but actually made the book literally impossible for me to look at without getting a headache! Text was so crammed, swirled and overlayed on photos that it was impossible to read. Very annoying to pay good money for something you can't read! Artsy is one thing-illegibility is another:( I may have even tried to trudge through it if not for the total misrepresentation of this book. It's touted as a craft book-but less than a fourth is crafts and those are like "be crafty and wear a scarf today" Final word on this book-totally skipworthy-not worth the $3.50 shipping charge if you get it for a penny! Wish I could give it no stars.

Not So Great:
I purchased this book after reading tons of great reviews. The book has some good ideas, but it was not what I expected at all. I think there are tons of other books out there that are worth spending your money on.
