Should be titled "The Wasps of Costa Rica":
The title of the book is misleading. Of the 650 pages, 33 are devoted to ants, and 41 are devoted to bees. The rest is wasps. Which is a shame, because I am interested in ants. Oh well. The rest of the book looks to be very comprehensive, with a nice introduction and background of Hymenoptera and biodiversity of Costa Rica at the beginning. Just not enough about ants for me.
