Typing method flawed: I can't say this to people enough; that MBTI method typing is flawed, because of the following reasons. First, the test you take on typelogic dot com determines you internal self. Myself for example-internally I am ESTJ but in reality I am INFJ (ESTJ is my dual-the person who is the best match for my personality type). Second, as you can see from my example of testing ESTJ my internal dual-seeking self is menefesting outwardly flawing the resaults of the test thereby putting you in a pool of people you wouldn't get along with. For correct resaults-type yourself using How to Find Yourself and Your Best Match Socionics by Rod Novichkov then take the MBTI test and you'll know exactly what I'm taling about.
Great for using MBTI in the workplace.: This book is great for using Myers Briggs in the workplace. I used it to accompany a presentation I gave on MBTI. The participants were not very familiar with MBTI - this book talks about the types in a very understandable way and places it into to the context of the workplace. There is also some "type humor" in the book that I used to help break the ice. I looked at several books for this application and am very glad I chose this one.
Good quality book: This book was an excellent look at myself. After I had taken the MBTI this book gave me insight that I otherwise wouldn't have had. It was funny to read quotes made by others who share my typology and saying... oh yeah I've said that. Well written, easy to read. A good resource for anyone looking to expand on their knowledge of the MBTI especially in work relationships.
Get into the What behind the everyday strife: Get ready for insight into the world of people around you. This book is a start into seeing why people act the way they do. Be careful not to label... just use it as a tool and you will find great reward in this plie of information. Why is it that your employee, boss, co-worker acts the way they do? Pick up this book. Get informed.
Enjoyable Reading: I like the book. It's enjoyable and amusing reading. I like the part that each section is not too long so it keeps reader attention so reader does not get bored with the lenghty context. The authors did a good job incooperated amusing examples.
