I Can Draw Animals (Boxed Sets/Bindups) (ISBN 0486463842)

My 6 Year Old's Evaluation...:
My 6 year old son loves animals and enjoys drawing them too, so when we saw this book we picked up a copy and he is happily drawing away. Granted, we use the Draw Write Now series for our "art" and "writing" curriculum and I do have to say that the Draw Write Now books are more detail oriented and provide instructions. See: Draw Write Now, Book 1-8 (Draw Write Now) This drawing book is more basic and if your child is already learning to draw, he/ she will likely enjoy it. My son likes the fact that he can draw right in this book, making it great for traveling, but more consumable, like a coloring book. However, we carry along extra paper since my son enjoys the "cute faces" of the animals as well as the simple shapes to draw.
