A diligent traveller following only this guide would not miss a thing in modern Athens. Truly this book represents the Best of the Best of Athens. My only complaint is that it comes in an almost coffee-table format ( 7" X 8" ) yet the info is so current and so useful it would have served ordinary travellers like myself so well to have it as a portable guidebook. Nevertheless I will not leave it out of my luggage on my next trip to Athens !

Great restaurant guide:
When we planned to go to Athens I found two usual guide books while my wife got StyleCity Athens. Honestly speaking I was a little skeptical about this "guide book" which at the surface seemed more about fashion than Athens. But I got wiser - much wiser. My books have taken us exclusively to overful streets, over rated sights, and tourist trap restaurants. StyleCity Athens on the other hand has lead us to amazing street cuicine, small local cafes, and enthusiastic upstart local restaurants. Of the latter, we just came back from "Prosopa" 84 Konstantinoupoleos which is probably one of the best and definitely the most generous restaurant that I have ever been to. Buy this book if you want to experience the real Athens, but do not have a friend here to show you around.
