A Cup of Hope (ISBN 0736907726)

A book of hope, really not about tea at all :):
My Mother sent me this book when I first went back to college. I had had to take over a year off due to very unexpected health problems. I desperately wanted to return to school, and though I was thrilled to be there, the pressures of school were extremely tough on my body, and therefore heart and mind. This book has been one the biggest encouragements I've received throughout this whole health ordeal. I do wish the verses were in KJV, but other than that, Emilie knows from personal experience just how hard it can be to hope when all hope seems forever lost. I would come back from classes exhausted, weary, and barely able to make it to the couch. I would collapse on it, and after a few minutes reach over and pick up this book. Each section is no more than a few pages, yet inevitably it would make me end up turning to my Bible or simply praying, peace restored. I highly recommend this book to ANYONE suffering with health problems or a very stressful time in their lives. In fact, I got on here to buy a copy for a friend of mine who recently started to go through some of the same struggles. If you feel like life isn't worth living, like you are useless and can't do anything you want to do, like you can't see past today and really don't see the point in trying to anyway... then please, get this book... you ARE worth the chance it will help you know there IS Light in your Darkness! :)
