Could not put it down:
There is boy who's mom has a drinking problem and takes the power of it out on him. Through the book his mom goes to work at regular time and mood but then comes home at a later time and she is in a worse mood. But through her actions she notices what she was doing and apologizes but then does it again. Pretty soon it interferes with school activities and then he ignores God. I thought it was an excellent book! Even though the family wasnt a real family I knew, I still felt bad. I am really greatful for my parents because they really care about me.
