Missing a page:
Page 44 is blank. The sentence that starts on page 43 does not continue on page 45, it is just gone, along with all the other information that is supposed to be on that page. Also, on page 32 they define adverbs incorrectly. But on page 41, in a more detailed explanation of adverbs, they define the word correctly.
