Houseplants are not neglected in this book, and Pepper speaks of them with the same enjoyment that she does roses...and everything else. This book is a treasure. Do yourself a favor and buy it for yourself. Then, when the weather is at its bleakest, you can turn to "Aunt Jane" and talk gardens to your heart's content.
