This Book Makes So Much Sense!:
I got this book from someone recommending it on an eczema message board. I read it and it made so much sense with the toxins coming out through your skin. The diet and treatments in this book heal both eczema (which is what I have) and psoriasis. After about 4 months my skin was clear and I didn't itch any more. I highly recommend this book to anyone that has psoriasis or eczema...it really does work!

Good Information:
I have just finished haft of the book. It makes a better senses than most Doctors and Dermatologists telling you. I appreciate the fact that the writer shares your psoriasis experience.
