Classic Book but slow delivery: I sent this book to my niece as a baby shower gift. I have kept this book for each of my three children and love it. My only complaint is that the delivery was slow. It sat in the NJ facility for one week and didn't move. Missing the actual shower.
Baby's First Seven Years: Have one for myself (54yrs old) my children and their children. This is the most comprehensive baby book ever! Room for everything and done by the pros. New design gives you the binder to add more stuff.
Overpriced: As it is with many newborn/baby articles often purchased by new parents or grandparents, this "must have" article is way overpriced. Yes, it is nice and had a leather cover, but it is essentially only a binder with a bunch of pre-printed pages.
Better than expected: My mother had this book for me when I was a child and recently gave it to me for keeps. As I looked through it and enjoyed all the notes she made I realized I needed one for my own daughter. While it's expensive, I feel that it's worth it to have something so nice to record memories in. It's well designed with plenty of room for my notes and comments.
Best choice available: This is probably the best choice available for baby books. It is the same one my mother used for me although, back in those days (1945) it wasn't ring bound. The binder is a nice feature for adding pages but it would be better if the pages were sturdier...maybe some ring reinforcement. Other than that I find this book more complete that most and better for adding useful data.
