Good Instruction:
I practice spinning my sticks all the time, but it was good to see that someone put some organization and structure to it. I learned a lot from this book and dvd. I learned a few moves!
TOO MUCH MONEY FOR WAY TOO LITTLE CONTENT:
Dont waste your time or money. The best way to learn these techniques is from a real drummer. Pictures dont really help and this book is nothing more than a waste of paper and trees. DONT BUY
Gift for my son:
This book was a gift for my son, who wanted to learn "spinology." It is one of maybe two books on the subject. The fact that it comes with a cd is a big plus.
Even Wands?:
This has got to be some of the craziest drumming action I've ever seen. The DVD that is included is aweinspiring even for a non drummer. I bought this product for my dad and he's loved it. The whole family has! We even joked that it would be hillarious to see some of this spinning action on Harry Potter. They could do with some more wand flourishing. Even if it only made it into the blooper reels.
