A much needed resource: I'm now on my third pregnancy. My back pain has been worse each time. Until now I have not been able to find a book that specifically covers this topic. This book has provided me with a clear exercise plan which has really reduced my pain. I would recommend it to all pregnant women.
Ok!: i got this book when i was pregnant, and could barely walk because of my back pain. it's good for women who may have never needed any thing for back pain. i personally didn't need the book, it didn't really help me much. i ended up just doing my usual back stretches, but modified them for my pregnancy.
